Kyo Jean Chung
In 2015, Kyo-Jean Chung launched Sugar Water as a way to explore his passion for finely crafted cocktails and unforgettable experiences. What began as a pop-up cocktail bar has since evolved into a full-scale events company, serving some of the most high-profile gatherings in Calgary.
In 2024, Kyo took Sugar Water to the next level, bringing it under Town Hospitality as a partner, expanding its reach and elevating its service. As Founder of Sugar Water and Partner at Town, Kyo brings his signature energy, expertise, and commitment to exceptional hospitality, ensuring every event is infused with flair, precision, and a damn good time.
